Shipping Policy:-
The Rani bagh's Product may take 7 to 9 days to deliver as our store is supplying its products from the remote area of Kinnaur and we try to dispatch products as quickly as possible. We are not getting profit from "Shipping", we charge the customer 55% as delivery charge for orders below ₹3,999. We use a network of couriers to dispatch the products as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns: Due to the nature of our products being organic, perishable food items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or consumed.
Eligibility for Remedy: We offer a full refund or replacement only if your product arrived:
Damaged or Defective (e.g., spoilage, broken packaging).
Incorrect (you received a product different from what you ordered).
Reporting Timeline: You must contact us with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window will not be accepted.
Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a full refund or ship a replacement product to you immediately at no additional charge.
Change of Mind: We are unable to process refunds or replacements based on personal preference, taste, or a change of mind.
Damage & issues:-
Please inspect your order on receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions:-
Our family business offers a variety of products for sale, however, some items are not exchangeable. Perishable goods, such as apples , flowers , are non-exchangeable due to their short shelf life. Additionally, any items that have been personalized, like custom jewelry or apparel, are non-exchangeable and nonrefundable.
